A building with a built-⁠up area of 10,300 m² for MD Elektronik. Horizont-⁠Ivanov was the general contractor, with full engineering.

Horizont-⁠Ivanov was the general contractor for the MD Elektronik building in Vratsa, on a full engineering basis. The building has a reinforced concrete structure, a steel roof structure, a polished concrete industrial floor and a 600 m³ water tank.

The scope included:

  • a built-⁠up roof: LT profiled sheeting, mineral wool and a membrane;
  • facades of 15 cm mineral wool panels;
  • electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire suppression systems.
