A mechanical-biological (MBT) waste treatment plant. Horizont-⁠Ivanov fabricated and erected the steel structure and the cladding.

Under a contract with the Aktor SA and Helector SA consortium, Horizont-⁠Ivanov fabricated the main steel structure at its plants in Pleven, delivered it and erected it on site. The company also fabricated, delivered and installed roof and wall panels and cladding, trapezoidal sheeting, gutter flashings, the structures of intermediate platforms, stairs and railings.

The works covered the bio-⁠drying, reception, composting and manual and mechanical sorting buildings.
