A store with a sales hall, drive-in and garden centre, completed in 2012. Horizont-Ivanov was the investor and the general contractor.
The Baumax store in Ruse has an area of about 12,500 m² and includes the sales hall, a drive-in and a garden centre. Construction was completed at the end of February 2012. The existing buildings on the plot were demolished beforehand.
The facade walls and partitions are of sandwich panels and precast concrete panels. The garden centre fence is of perforated sheeting supplied by DF Bulgaria EOOD. The drive-in is fully enclosed.
- A sprinkler system was installed.
- An external reinforced concrete tank with a capacity of 250 m³ was built.
- The car park covers 13,000 m²: 6,000 m² for heavy traffic and 7,000 m² of parking spaces.
